Porcelain, natural stone and block paved patios laid flat, level and to a proper fall, with solid foundations, drainage and neat cut edges. From a simple seating area outside the back doors to a full garden reshape with steps, borders and feature panels.

Large-format porcelain, sandstone and natural stone laid on a full mortar bed with even, consistent joints.
Set out to the right falls and kept well below the damp course, so the patio sheds water away from the house.
Steps, raised beds, circular feature panels and clean cut edges where the paving meets lawn or borders.
Brushed-in jointing compound and sealing where the stone suits it, so the finish stays sharp and easy to wash down.

A typical rear patio takes around one to two weeks including the digging out, the base and the jointing. Bigger jobs with steps or garden walling take longer, and we will give you the programme up front.
We would not recommend it. Laying over old slabs raises the level, often brings you too close to the damp course and hides whatever is failing underneath. We lift the old patio, sort the base out and lay properly.
Porcelain is dense, consistent in colour, easy to keep clean and does not need sealing. Natural stone like sandstone has more variation and a softer, more traditional look and takes a seal well. We will talk you through both and let you pick.
